ADMINISTRATIV ASSISTENT/OFFICE MANAGER TIL DANSK/FRANSK ADVOKATKONTOR I PARIS

Dansk/fransk advokatkontor beliggende i det 8. arrondissement søger nu en ny administrativ assistent/office manager.

Jobbet består i daglig assistance af kontorets 3 advokater med f.eks. besvarelse af mails og telefon samt oversættelser og diktatskrivning. Du er ligeledes ansvarlig for kontorets administrative del, såsom betaling af fakturaer og udarbejdelse af afregninger. 

Desuden vil du stå for at koordinere med de andre advokater i lokalerne samt varebestilling og lignende til hele kontoret bestående af ca. 12-14 advokater i alt.

Du taler og skriver både dansk, fransk og engelsk.

Derudover er du detaljeorienteret og kan lide at have mange forskelligartede opgaver i løbet af dagen. 

Du behøver ikke at have juridisk erfaring, så længe du er åben for at lære.  

Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling på CDI med opstart helst ikke senere end den 3. april, så der er et par uger til oplæring, og arbejdstiden er kl. 10.00 – 17.00.

We're looking for an after school nanny in the 8th/17th arrondissement of Paris (next to parc Monceau) to take care of our 2 daughters, Hortense 7 years old and Marnie 3.5 years old. It will be 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) from 4:30pm to 7:30/8:00pm. They are both at the same school. The routine will be to spend some times at Parc Monceau, come back home, give the bath, help Hortense to do her home work, prepare the diner and give it to them.

The Role

As a Sales Support you will assist our Head of French-speaking Europe to strengthen our team and further develop the French-speaking markets within the wholesale segment: Financial Advisors (CGP) and Family Offices.

This role will be based in France and requires regular business travel. As part of a sales team and a boutique spirit, you will have a broad range of tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides sales support to contribute to the achievement of the overall sales targets for the French-speaking market

  • Serve clients in their requests for fund information, marketing documents as well as ensure smooth experience when investing

  • Set up client meetings and calls and ensure preparation and follow up

  • Prepare, organise, and attend clients’ events for French-speaking

    investors

  • Support in communication activities together with our marketing team

    based in Oslo

  • Provide customised reporting to clients

  • Prepare marketing presentations and sales pitch books

  • Take part in regular meetings with Pareto AM funds managers, ESG

    analysts, risk management and trading.

  • Participate to the new product development within Pareto AM

Competence and experience requirements

  • Bachelor ́s or Master ́s degree in finance, business economics or similar with strong results

  • Good comprehension of ESG related matters in investment

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

  • Sales support Fund Management industry experience in the wholesale

    segment is welcome

  • Fluency in French, English and a Scandinavian language

    Personal qualifications

  • Well organized and structured with an independent mindset (initially, most time spent homeworking)

  • Flexible and open for challenges in a small, entrepreneurial team, through taking initiatives, sharing ideas and knowledge

  • Responsive and ability to meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills orally for cold calling and exchanging with

    clients in French

  • Excellent communication skills in writing in French and English (client’s

    presentations)
